Mark Abramson

I started in residential real estate in 1979 after a short career as a Special Education teacher in Maine. I am a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and have earned the GREEN designation which indicates a familiarization with energy efficient practices in real estate.

I expanded to commercial real estate in 1985, obtaining the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which means that I am a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry; I was the 11th person in the entire state of Massachusetts to achieve this. My work in commercial real estate is important to me, and I have represented the industrial parks in multiple area towns and have helped many regional entities acquire and sell real estate. By staying current in the latest techniques of marketing, buyer representation, and commercial knowledge, I have developed a strong following in both commercial and residential real estate.

I enjoy being active in my community as well as the local Realtor association. I have received the Realtor of the Year award twice, have served on the association’s board of directors, and am past president of the 1,800 member Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley.

An avid outdoorsman, I also enjoy biking, hiking, swimming, playing tennis, racquetball, skiing, snowshoeing, and working on the farm.

I am always up for a challenge, so you can contact me for any of your residential or commercial real estate needs.
