Mary W. Cohn

Growing up in Iowa as part of a family business, I learned at a young age that exceptional customer service is most important.

As a realtor with Cohn & Company for 10 years, I pledge to provide outstanding client service, high level marketing techniques, and skilled negotiation practices, always with my client’s best interests at heart. I strongly believe that it is my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability and also to educate them through every step of the home buying process with current market information so they can make an informed decision. After the sale, I continue to work with my clients to assist with the many details and information needed to feel settled in their new home.

I have resided in Greenfield for over 30 years, meeting my husband here, and raising two sons. As a result, I am a firm believer in giving back to our wonderful community. I’m involved locally in a number of ways, including serving as a trustee of Bement School, and a member of the board for the Franklin County United Way (where was also a participant of the 2013, 2015, and 2016 Community Investment panel) and Eggtooth Productions. I also care greatly about education and am a former member of the Northfield Mount Hermon Parents Association and a current campaigner for the Annual Fund at Greenfield Community College. I have also co-chaired (with my husband) two capitol campaigns for Baystate Franklin Medical Center, which is an integral part of our community.

When I am not working with clients, I enjoy the boundless beauty of Franklin County while hiking, skiing, and playing tennis. Because my husband is a terrific chef, we also enjoy entertaining in our home and traveling to various parts of the world to experience and understand different cultures. My favorite travel destination at the moment is Denver, Colorado, where my two sons presently reside!
